The city tax ranges from JPY 100.00 to JPY 300.00 per person, per night based on the nightly room rate. Hotel has maintenance work as follows: The outdoor terrace of the Terrace & Dining zero restaurant will be unavailable from February 1 to July 31, 2026. Building Renovation Period February 1 — July 31 (Fri), 2026 (tentative) Please note the following during the renovation period: Construction noise, vibrations, and paint odors may occur.
