It is advisable to inform the hotel of the arrival time at least two days in advance. If the guests did not specify the check-in time, this may delay the check-in. If guests arrive at 12:00 - 15:00, they can leave their luggage in the house while it is being cleaned. If this happens before 12:00, the hotel recommends using the lockers at Karasuma Oike Station, which is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The hotel offers to check in by 17:00 if dinner is included in the guests' plans. If guests have already informed the hotel of their arrival time, they can ignore this instruction.
