Front desk is available 24 hours and located at 1-15-28 Hakataekiminami, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka-shi 812-0016. Gas stoves in the property are not able to use due to the government regulations. Guests are required to take off their shoes when entering the property. Guests arriving after 12:00 AM are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival so alternative arrangements can be made. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled. Keys can be handed to the guests at the reception from 10:00 AM, but check-in is only possible from 03:00 PM onwards. Pets are strictly not allowed at the property. Please follow the set of instructions attached in confirmation email for smooth check-in.
