Children 7 years and over are considered as adults. Front desk is available 24 hours and located at 1-15-28 Hakataekiminami, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka-shi 812-0016. Gas stoves in the property are not able to use due to the government regulations. Guests are required to take off their shoes when entering the property. Guests arriving after 12:00 AM are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival so alternative arrangements can be made. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled. Keys can be handed to the guests at the reception from 10:00 AM, but check-in is only possible from 03:00 PM onwards. Pets are strictly not allowed at the property. The property does not have a reception. Guests are required to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival. The property is located in a residential area and strictly enforces a no-party or excessive noise policy. There will be special check-in instructions attached to your confirmation email after the booking is made. Please follow the guidelines to ensure a smooth check-in. This is a strictly non-smoking property. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. City accommodation tax will be enforced from April 1, 2020 and will be collected upon check-in. The accommodation tax rate per person per night is as follows: In Fukuoka City, tax of JPY 200 will be charged for room rates of JPY 19,999 and under per night, and tax of JPY 500 will be charged for room rates of JPY 20,000 and over per night. In Fukuoka Prefecture excluding Fukuoka City, tax of JPY 200 will be charged for all room rates.
